Roll up to our realm of the real and the ruse.

Our guides will lead you into the labyrinth of trickery and truth, where experts – apparently – will dissect our dissonance and befuddle our biases. At the intersection of artifact and artifice, our curious conversations will unpick fact from fiction and reveal what is obscure. And all of it will be true.

Omaha World-Herald columnist and author Matthew Hansen and former Omaha World-Herald staff writer and Film Streams deputy director Casey Logan explore how the media, journalism, and literary writing speak to truth and opinion, render clarity from complexity, and occasionally use deception to reveal a larger reality. Join media professionals Hansen and Logan at this free public event where they will examine the friction between healthy skepticism and conspiracy paranoia, willful ignorance and constructive cynicism.

Registration is required for this program and space is limited.
