MONUMENTAL examines Richard hunt’s status as a monument(tal) maker within American Art’s history and the comprehensive sources and ideas of monumentality that Hunt has drawn throughout his career.

Born in Chicago in 1935, world-renowned sculptor Richard Hunt has singularly made the most significant contribution to public art in the United States.
