The exhibition, FORM, celebrates excellence in sculpture and features the groundbreaking works of our founder, Jun Kaneko, recipient of the 2021 International Sculpture Center’s Lifetime Achievement Award. This exhibition also highlights the work of other sculptors who have made exemplary contributions to the field as well as other Lifetime Achievement Award winners.
In October 2021, KANEKO founder Jun Kaneko received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Sculpture Center, recognizing his exemplary contribution to the field of sculpture. In honor of this award, he has installed pieces from his permanent collection. The entire collection, containing thousands of seminal works, will be housed in the future Collections Building on KANEKO’s campus.
This new Jun Kaneko exhibit is the cornerstone of our new exhibition, FORM, which is open and free to the public during normal gallery hours through the rest of 2021.
