Middle School students will work with RDG Planning and Design Architects to answer big questions through design. In this camp, students will explore how ideation, design techniques, modeling, drawing – and collaboration between fearless designers – can be applied to reimagine form and structure, creating “new” architecture for an ever-changing world.
Middle School Sessions: Students entering grades 6 – 9 in the Fall of 2023
The enrollment fee is waived for campers who otherwise would not be able to participate in Creative Camps.

Camps are held Monday – Friday from 9AM – 4PM
Students may choose to have their projects included in a final Creative Camps Exhibition at KANEKO.
Lunch and snacks are provided and campers eat outside when possible. If your camper has any dietary restrictions, please let us know during registration.
Camp t-shirts will be provided for each camper- you will be prompted to provide a size when you register.
Phone-Free Environment: Our goal is to provide all campers with a summer camp experience filled with unique and distraction-free opportunities. All camper’s phones will be checked in each morning. A short period of phone time is scheduled later each day, but we aim to have a phone-free environment. Campers are always accessible to families through the KANEKO phones.
