She/They
Hannah Rothermich is currently studying Studio Art with a K-12 education concentration at the University of Nebraska Omaha. She also works with the Millard Public Schools Foundation in the Sparks Program as a teacher, providing support for elementary school students before and after school. In 2021 they received a Dance BA at the University of Nebraska Lincoln.
After they receive their education degree, Hannah hopes to teach middle school art. One of their goals in education to find new ways to engage students and create a safe environment for them to push the boundaries of creation. Alongside her educational career goals, she hopes to open up a community arts center to provide affordable art classes targeted towards helping and supporting young artists.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys cooking, drawing or painting with watercolor, watching movies, and spending time with her partner and cat.
