He/Him/His
Chad Allen is a colorblind arts enthusiast, storyteller, and lifelong maker whose professional and personal path has always veered toward spaces where art, community, and a bit of the unexpected overlap. With a deep background supporting cultural organizations, he has spent over a decade championing creative venues and the people who power them, including Rochester Arts Center, Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center, and Film Streams, in addition to the Omaha Community Foundation.
Chad is a fourth-generation ceramicist, muralist, illustrator, author, coffee fiend, and haphazard humorist fueled by play and a neverending creative drive. When not immersed in artistic pursuits, Chad and his husband Emilio can either be found traversing the Midwest to overnight in homes designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, or at their Dundee flat being entertained by their cats, Nikita Khrushchev and John Fitzgerald Kennedy.
