TEDxOMAHA Salon on Creativity: Time to do some Myth Busting – Is Creativity Only for Artists and Children
On Monday, July 17th at 6:00 p.m. TEDxOMAHA Salon is going to plunge headfirst into the world of Creativity, which incidentally is a top individual, team, and leadership skill.
Myths are all around us, and that includes myths about creativity. For example, “an individual is not creative because they cannot draw.” What do you think? Is creativity being able to draw or dance or play the piano? Are all children naturally creative? Is creativity a mysterious Pandora’s Box? What does the word ‘creativity’ conjure up for you? Prepare to cast aside well-worn adages, myths, and illusions around creativity and innovation. Time to take hold of your own creative self and explore how it ties into life, work, and motivation.
Join Dr. Strawberry Olive and the TEDxOMAHA team at KANEKO on Monday, July 17th, from 6:00-7:00 PM as we explore how to unveil, appreciate and leverage our own creative superpower in less than 60 minutes!
