The Omaha Chamber Music Society and KANEKO are proud to present the third season of the Eko Nova concert series, a new music chamber series. Season Three began with a rousing concert featuring the Percussion Section of the Omaha Symphony, on Monday, October 23rd, 7 p.m., at KANEKO. Step for Four: Rhythm in Motion got viewers up close with the stunning resonance and choreography of drumming and percussion.
Eko Nova will continue on February 12th, 2018 with “Tango Romantico”, a concert featuring the passionate music of Argentina along with Argentinian wine and dance. The professional dances who perform will encourage audience members to also get up and dance. The 2017-2018 Season will conclude on April 16th with “Tornado”, featuring Joshua Roman, internationally acclaimed cellist, and the phenomenal JACK Quartet, performing a concert centered around Roman’s own work, “Tornado”.
