Larry Jobeun was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 1987 and a J.D. from Creighton University in 1990. Larry has been practicing law in Omaha for more than 22 years, concentrating in the areas of municipal finance, land use, and real estate development law. He has 16 year-old twins, Jackson and Maria. He enjoys bicycling, traveling, and spending time with his family.
