Karen A. Linder is founder and President of Linsipration Inc, a company focused on entrepreneurship and creativity. She founded the school of cytotechnology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and is past-president of the American Society for Cytotechology and Heartland Pathology, a private laboratory. Her creative interests are diverse and include writing, painting, and sculpting. She serves on the boards of directors of the Museum of Nebraska Art and SkyVu.
Karen has helped compile the art collection in the education buildings at UNMC. This collection features works of nearly 200 Nebraska artists, including rotating exhibits from the Museum of Nebraska Art and the Joslyn Art Museum. She and her husband, Jim, have six children who work in science and business.
