This biennial international, juried, traveling exhibition is sponsored by the American Tapestry Alliance and highlights the best of international contemporary handwoven tapestry. The work exhibited in the 10th American Tapestry Biennial is testament to the vibrancy of tapestry practice across the United States. These tapestries are both examples of what tapestry weavers are doing now and an indication of where they are heading – into a bright and ambitious future. This show presents the opportunity to see a selection of the very best in contemporary practice. It is a rare collection that brings together such a disparate group of artists under one roof.

Admission to this exhibition is FREE and open to the public. Gallery hours are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday, 1 – 5 p.m.

FIBER is made possible by generous support from the Nebraska Arts Council, the Nebraska Cultural Endowment and ARC Document Solutions.
