She/Her/Hers
Joy Cotton is a graduate from MCC and UNO with an Associates in General Arts and a Bachelors in Multidisciplinary Studies, with a focus on Sign Language Interpretation.
Her work entails a combination of mixed media manifested as portraits and murals along with figure drawings and paintings. A lot of what she creates holds different styles from realism to surrealism telling a sense of story.
She enjoys being a part of the KANEKO team and working in an inclusive environment. Her time at KANEKO has brought her closer to meeting the artists in the gallery, learning the process of their work, and spreading the message and meaning of their pieces.
