The KANEKO-UNO creativity library opened in 2009 as a partnership between KANEKO and the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Designed by architects Mark Mack, of Mack Architect(s), and Bill Stott, of the Architectural Offices, the library is an open space for research and exploration.

Built for the 21st century, the KANEKO-UNO Library incorporates traditional library materials with state-of-the-art electronic technology and is specially designed to encourage creative exploration and endeavor, to facilitate the understanding and expression of creativity in a myriad of ways.

A place that offers a research scientist, a business leader, a teacher, a visual artist, or an aspiring student an opportunity to tap into something they might not find in their daily environment. The KANEKO-UNO Library will focus its attention on stimulating creativity, on what will help people widen their view and open their sights.
